We were very kindly sent some Smashers Series 3 dino eggs and dinosaur from Zuru Toys so that we could make an Easter egg hunt with a difference!
Our haul contained a generous selection of Smashers Series 3 dino eggs, Smash Rex (the dinosaur)…
Some card to write our Easter Egg hunt clues on…
… And a magnifying glass to help search for clues!
The Easter egg hunt went really well and Greg loved every minute of it. He’s a huge fan off kids’ collectables and dinosaurs so was very excited about a Smashers Series 3.
As you can see, I’m not that good at hiding eggs, but luckily Greg’s only four so he didn’t notice!
Smashers Series 3 Dinosaur & Dino Eggs
Series 3 of smashers are dino themed, which I think adds to the excitement. Greg was really impressed with the dinosaur that came with them, because it eats the smashers eggs then poops them out!
As expected, a dinosaur pooping out surprise from inside an egg went down a treat. Squeals of joy resounded as each one landed!

Another great thing about these eggs are that they can be rebuilt in the nest that comes with the dinosaur. My son loves to smash the eggs, so the fact that you can reassemble them for infinite re-smashes is a huge bonus (and yes, that is what I have been doing all day)!
It’s fiddly at first but once you get the knack, you can speed through reassembly, but if you kid is anything like mine, they’ll probably smash them as fast as you make them!
Inside each Smashers egg is one of over 100 characters to collect, including mutants, robots, and fossils. We received a great mix of characters, which pleased Greg no end.
