Probio7 Life Yoghurt Making Kit Review
The Probio 7 Life Yoghurt making kit gives you everything you need to make additive-free yoghurt yourself at home. The kit contains ingredients for one batch of yoghurt, and if you love it, you can subscribe to the refills. Subscribing works out cheaper than buying the refills as a one-off but it really depends how much yoghurt you plan on eating to know whether it’s worth it for you.

- 1 x sachet of Probio7 Life gut bacteria

How to use the Probio7 Life Yoghurt Maker
Making yoghurt has never been so easy! When I tell people I’ve been making yoghurt, they seem very impressed, but if they knew how easy it was, I don’t think that would be the case! I really hadn’t expected it to be so simple.

If everything was as easy as this, I’d definitely make more stuff from scratch!
First, you pour the milk into the glass bottle, then add the sachet of bacteria. Next you need to shake the bottle to mix everything up and then decant it into the ceramic pots.

Next, add 400ml of water to the machine and put the pots in and close the lid on the machine. Finally, turn the machine on to the yoghurt setting, press confirm and leave it to do its thing.
What’s the Yoghurt Like from the Probio7 Life Yoghurt Making Kit?

Truthfully, the yoghurt is gorgeous. It’s an equal mix of creamy and tart, just as natural yoghurt should be. With no added sugars, it’s a healthy option as far as yoghurt’s concerned. The texture is thick and gloopy, which is lovely.

I’ve been eating my yoghurt with honey and granola as a mid-morning breakfast. Normally I skip breakfast because there aren’t many low-effort, healthy options. Using this yoghurt maker has definitely helped me get into some healthier habits, as well as improving my gut health.
