CBD is known to help a whole host of skin problems. It’s so skin-friendly, in fact, that it can help make good skin even better!
As a skincare lover I was excited to give my hands on a couple of products from the Rejuvenating range by Poko – a CBD skincare brand. CBD (Cannabidiol) is a skin-kind oil from the the hemp plant, known for its anti-inflammatory properties. This means it can be great for sensitive skin conditions and redness, as well as the bigger picture skin issues like hydration and signs of ageing.

I was lucky enough to be sent some Poko skincare to review for the purpose of this feature, so I chose the Poko Regenerating Collagen Moisturiser and the Poko Luxury Facial Oil.
Both products are from the Rejuvenating range because I could do with a bit of rejuvenation!
Poko Regenerating Collagen Moisturiser Review
Apply as you would a normal moisturiser – after cleansing, toning and any serums you might use. This will help hydrate your skin.
This moisturiser contains CBD and aloe vera juice, both ingredients are known for keeping skin hydrated. Vitamin E and oatmeal are also featured ingredients, which have antioxidant properties designed to help undo damage done by environmental factors.
The Poko Regenerating Collagen Moisturiser has a rich texture which makes the cream feel very luxurious. It’s very thick when you take it from the pot, but glides over your skin with ease before quickly being absorbed. This cream doesn’t need a great deal of working in, despite containing collagen (I find these creams can sometimes ‘sit’ on top of the skin).
When I applied the moisturiser I noticed its hydrating effects instantly. It moisturised quickly and plumped my skin in areas that get fine lines if dehydrated (like around my eyes and mouth). The texture is beautifully velvety and it doesn’t make your skin look oily after application. You can apply foundation on top of the moisturiser which creates a dewy finish.
This regenerating moisturiser is a great product that can be used morning and night. It’s light enough to wear under makeup but thick enough to feel like it’s really nourishing the skin. Totally worth the investment and I’ll be replacing it when I’ve used all of mine.

Poko Luxury Facial Oil Review
I’ve been experimenting with facial oils lately and this is honestly one of the better ones out there. It helps keep skin soft and plump by conditioning skin and locking in moisture. This helps repair the skin’s natural moisture barrier, which in turn help protect from free radical damage.
I like to apply this oil after my moisturiser but some people prefer to mix it in. The texture of the oil is a pleasant viscosity – it’s not too runny or too thick. It sinks in well and doesn’t make your oily areas oilier. I definitely think it’s helped keep my fine lines at bay.
The Poko Luxury Facial Oil is great for dry skin conditions and ageing skin. It’s definitely helped my regain my glow and I’m totally in love. It’s a real must-have.
