The Graco Turn2Me 360° car seat is a great buy for your growing baby. Choosing a car seat can be a difficult decision. On one hand, you’re hoping to buy an all-singing, all-dancing safety focused child seat, and on the other, you don’t want it to cost the earth. This is where I think the Graco Turn2Me 360° car seat has got it bang on.
I’m a mum-of-three on a bit of a tight budget. I’m happy to pay a bit more for something that’s extra safe, but I don’t have the high hundreds to spend on some of the car seats that are out there. My budget for this sort of thing is up to £200, which I suspect is similar most people’s budget. Luckily the Graco Turn2Me 360 comes in under budget, with change to spare, making it a fab choice for most parents.
Whether you’re installing it into your own car, or renting a car with a child seat, this is a great choice for you.
The seat itself looks and feels plush. It’s suitable from birth to approximately four years, meaning it can grow with your child, and has lots of different seating positions. On top of the extra safety measures of ISOFIX (base included), the whole thing retails for £149.95. A sweet price for such a versatile product!

Graco Turn2Me 360° Car Seat Review
My daughter, Orlaith has just turned 19 months. Although it’s a legal requirement to keep your child rear-facing until they’re 15 months, we’ve made the decision to keep Orlaith rear-facing for as long as we can.
*I’ve updated this article for 2025 to report back that she’s only just grown out of it and she’s 5 next week. So I just wanted to confirm you do get your money’s worth. The age is a guide, but the weight is what you have to pay attention to. The Graco Tunr2Me 360 car seat is suitable up to 18kg. My daughter is probably on the smaller side of average and she’s quite dainty. My son – her older brother – was massive for his age, so it probably wouldn’t have lasted him quite this long because he was a bit of a bruiser.
I’ll also add that I never turned her forward facing. I’d read about the benefits of keeping kids rear-facing for as long as possible so I decided to keep that up with Orlaith. As I mentioned, she’s quite dainty so her legs weren’t a problem. She would just either bend he knees, cross her legs or rest with them up again the seat she was facing.
The great thing about the Turn2Me car seat is that it can be used in both rear-facing and and forward-facing positions. This means you don’t need to update your car seat if you feel it’s time to have your child forward-facing.
Setting up and Installing the Graco Turn2Me 360° ISOFIX Car Seat
As I’ve already mentioned, the car seat using ISOFIX to install it. I found this a nice and easy method to use. I don’t like there being any doubt when installing car seats, and ISOFIX gives your absolute certainty that the car seat is installed correctly (or at least lets you know when it isn’t).
A very clear instructions booklet comes with the car seat, but Graco also have an easy-to-follow video on their YouTube channel if you’re more of a visual learner.
I was able to install the cat seat without any trouble and I’m proud to say I did it single-handedly, without having to enlist the help of my husband. It doesn’t use a seatbelt or top tether, instead using the two regular ISOFIX connectors and a support leg. These have a red/green indicator to let you know whether they are installed correctly.
I prefer this type of seat to the types that use a tether, I’ve used those in the past but find the ISOFIX leaves zero room for doubt. You’ve either installed it correctly, or not, and if the answer is not, then the indicator wouldn’t show as green.
Because the car seat is suitable from birth, it comes with an insert already fitted. This is for a smaller baby than my daughter and offers extra support. We had to remove the insert and slightly raise the headrest before use, but this was super simple to do.
The Graco Turn2Me 360 car seat is a fully convertible car seat that is suitable from your first trip home from the hospital and can adapt to your child until they are around 4 years old (18kg).
Using the Graco Turn2Me Car Seat
The 360° turn function means that when you’re not driving, you can turn the car seat any way you like. This includes turning the seat to face towards the door, making getting your child in and out of the car seat a breeze. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to full-on wrestle my older two into their car seats, I wish I’d had this function back then they were little!
Orlaith looked really comfy in the seat, and I had noticed how plush the padding looked before I’d loaded her in. The main thing you want alongside safety is comfort, and I think this car seat definitely brings both to the table.
As well as the ability to turn, the car seat also offers various reclining positions – five forward-facing, and five rear-facing. This means your baby can comfortably rest back and have a snooze, or sit up and look out the window. All positions offer great support.
*Another update from 2025. I’d just like to confirm the seat did grow with Orlaith and she was comfy the whole time she was in it. We only changed it because she became very close to the weight limit and was almost 5 years old. It’s been a really good car seat and I wanted to pop back and recommend it after a few years of use. It’s currently available on Amazon (with Prime delivery) for £129.99.
Our Overall Verdict on the Graco Turn2Me 360 Car Seat
I can’t praise this car seat enough! The ability to turn it is such a game-changer and makes it so much easier to get my daughter in and out of the car. As a mother of three, the last thing I want is to be struggling with a car seat when we’re going for a day out.
Another great point is that she seems really comfy in the seat. She would definitely let me know if she wasn’t, so I’m pleased with that. It’s also quite handy that I can set the seat in a reclined position to make her extra comfortable if she has a nap in the car.
Overall, I think the Graco Turn2Me 360 car seat is a great buy and excellent value for money.
