I’ve been saying a for a while just how perfect the Lookfantastic beauty boxes are. In fact, the website as a whole is amazing. It’s a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs and stocks high end brands as well as more affordable items.
In fact, I found it to be the cheapest stockist of Bare Minerals makeup when I was shopping for my sister’s birthday last month.
If I had £200 to spend at Lookfantastic I’d honestly have a field day!

I’ve got some ideas! I don’t get much high-end makeup (or rather, as much as I’d like). I tend to use drugstore makeup for my everyday face, and the high-end for a more upscale do. I do, however have a shopping list:
NARS Cosmetics Sheer Glow Foundation
I’ve heard this foundation is amazing and not at all cakey. I need something to brighten my skin in these winter months and I tend to appear a little dull around Christmas. The combination of drying central heating and complete lack of sunshine ruins my complexion. The Sheer Glow Foundation gives you life and tends to make you look like someone who drinks green smoothies and does yoga (without having to go to all that effort).
MAC Pop Lipstick
If you’re going to go red, then you have to go MAC. Sidestepping the famous Ruby Woo, I’d go for Red Rock in the pop range. Wear it as a mega bright block shade, or the inner colour or a red ombre. Either way, you’ll be lava-hot!
Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara
I’m usually a Benefit Roller Lash kinda girl but I keep seeing just how special this mascara is via the beauty groups on Facebook. I want my natural lashes to look strip lashes and this mascara is rumoured to do just that!
I’d probably spend the rest of the voucher on a gift set (for myself, of course!) but those three items have been on my wishlist for a little while. Maybe I’ll get lucky and Santa will be a generous makeup expert this year!
