We were lucky enough to be able to review a gorgeous personalised kids book for Gregory. The kind people over at InTheBook.com offered us a personalised storybook. There were loads of different stories to choose from, but knowing Gregory loves dinosaurs and has an adventurous side, we decided to go for a story about a pet dinosaur.

The ordering process was super simple, the hardest bit was choosing a story, because they all look so good! Gregory was incredibly happy with the end product though, so we know we made the right choice.
The book arrives in a lovely white keepsake box, meaning they have something to keep the book safe in. It has a hardback binding, which feels very strong and durable, and the pages are thick and nice quality. It might seem strange, me describing how the book feels, but after having three kids, I know not all book are made equally. Less sturdy books can quickly become dog-eared, and if you’re wanting something special to keep forever, you want to last.

Inside In The Book’s Personalised Books for Children
There is an option for a personalised message at the front of the book, making it clear to your child that the book has been made especially for them.
The story is told with fun, bright and colourful illustrations. Each page has my son’s name as part of the illustration, which he got a real kick out of spotting each time.
The story itself is about a boy called Gregory who wants to find the perfect pet dinosaur. He finds reasons each dinosaur won’t make a good pet, before deciding on a surprise pet at the end.
It’s a lovely personalised book with an entertaining and funny plot. Gregory loves his personalised children’s book and it makes for a beautiful keepsake to maybe one day show his own children.
At the very back is one last personalisation, which includes a photo of Gregory which I chose and submitted.
In The Book has created a gorgeous book that my son lovers. I’ll be sure to get his little sister one too because they make such nice keepsakes. It’s great value for money, Gregory was so excited by his book and wants to read it every day. In my opinion, it’s worth every penny and is a winner of a gift for any child in your life (even one that’s difficult to buy for!
