We love our Mini Joy Baby Gift Set! Mini Joy are a lovely UK company that specialise in making gorgeous gift sets for your precious little ones.
Each gift set contains beautiful products made of high quality, soft material, especially for your newborn. These luxury boxes come in several types of set. Choose blues, pinks or neutral cream as the leading colour for the set. These boxes are great for gender reveal parties too because you can hint to your guests what you’re having depending on what colour is inside the box.
Currently the available sets are bamboo blanket only or the gift hamper containing the bamboo blanket, a swaddle and two beautiful muslin squares.
Mini Joy Baby Girl Gift Set
As I’m sure you’re all aware by now, I’m having a baby a girl! I really wanted the baby girl gift set to show off to the world. I’m a big fan of pinks on girls.
Our first impression of the box is that it’s beautiful. It would make a lovely baby shower gift or newborn present for someone special. The gift box retails at £59, which is about what I’d expect to pay for luxury baby goods.
Inside the Mini Joy Baby Gift Set
I think the set is really great, the blanket it incredibly soft, as are the muslin squares and the swaddle. It all looks and feels like good quality products that I’d be happy to use on my baby.
The blanket is a soft 50% bamboo, 50% cotton blend that has been knitted into a beautiful texture. It measures about 80cm x 100cm and is naturally breathable, making it a fab breastfeeding cover as well as a functioning blanket.
Bamboo is known for its naturally antibacterial properties, which is ideal for newborns – who don’t start off with great immune systems.
The Mini Joy swaddle is made of 100% bamboo and measures 75 x 75 cm. I’ve not got the hang of swaddling before, but I’m determined to give it a go with baby number three! Now that I’ve got such a lovely swaddle, I’d be silly not to, wouldn’t I?
I’m almost certain one can never have enough muslin squares. These 30 x 30 cm squares are perfect for catching dribbles, mopping cheeks and resting heads on over your shoulder (just in case). Again, they’re soft, made of 100% bamboo and antibacterial. What’s not to love?
