Make Your Outfit Pop with High End Accessories

High end accessories are the best way to finish off any outfit. With fashion becoming more conscious of the planet, the trend now is to have fewer clothes and wear them more. This can leave you feeling like you look the same every day.

With so few permutations in a capsule wardrobe, you need to get inventive if you want to make an impression. A few choice accessories will refresh your look and help keep your outfit choices looking up to date.

The High End Accessories Everybody Needs

When it comes to accessorising, there a few staples every woman needs. If you’re looking to keep a modest accessory collection that brings a big impact, then it’s wise to invest in high end pieces that last a lifetime but remain timeless.

The Statement Bag

Every outfit needs a bad that wows. My favourite has to be an oversized shoulder bag that means you can look stylish without having to compromise on what you bring out with you. Celine bags are perfect statements bags to complement any outfit.

I’d advise you go for neutral tones that will go with anything. Black, tan, nude and berry tones are perfect for an autumnal palette, but if you’re feeling more adventurous, don’t be afraid to go bold!

If you want to keep it casual, a small shoulder bag with a long strap is the perfect accessory to accompany you on a day shopping or an evening at the bar.

The Belt for Every LookDesigner Belt

Gone are the days where belts are meant to be functional. Instead of being used to hold up those trousers, they should be bought to enhance your outfit. A good belt will be versatile, stylish and look good with anything!

Use your belt to create a waist in a oversized T-shirt so you can wear it as a dress. Thread it through the belt hoops on high-waisted jeans and tuck in a simple tee to keep is simple but stylish, or wear it with a floaty dress to create volume in your silhouette.

You can wear your designer belt in any number of ways, and none of them are wrong! It’s great to always get it right.

Designer Flats

There was a time when all shoes needed an impressive heel to turn heads. Now that most people have faced the facts that skyscraper heels are a little impractical and a lot uncomfortable, flats are on the fashion pages of every magazine.

Since the fashionistas have come to their senses and realised a seven inch heel isn’t the best option to run to the dry cleaners in, designer flats have really come into their own.

From simple ballet pumps that blend in with classic looks, to novelty finishes with cats faces on the toes, you need some fancy flats in your life. Choose something that will go with most of your clothes. If it helps, try and find something that you can imagine yourself wearing to an important business meeting or drinks with friends.

Unique-Looking Jewellery

I love to complete my outfit with jewellery. My style tends to be vintage inspired (when I’m not in my jeans) so I lean towards antique jewellery, but I find anything unique-looking does the job. Oversized rings and earrings can add a fun finish to an outfit. If you’re going for a classy look, a long, delicate chain with an interesting charm can help finish a look.

The thing about wearing jewellery is that it can attract or divert the eye. A sparkly bracelet can draw the eye away from busy prints, while a necklace can encourage a gaze upon the neckline of a top or dress.

The beauty of accessories is that they can be paired together or work on their own. Either way they can  enhance an outfit.
