How often do I need to practice?

It is recommended to train for 1.5-2 hours every day, as this is enough time to completely warm up and achieve real results in each practice session. These are the practices that leave you feeling better than when you first entered. Over time, you’ll see that you’re progressing and developing at a steady pace. You should be able to devote a reasonable amount of time to each item in 1.5- 2 hours, depending on how much you’re currently studying. This period of time is also ideal for generating a relaxing atmosphere.

Practicing can be stressful for musicians, especially if they have a private instructor. It’s easy to get caught up in all the things you need to get done and how little time you have to complete them. You can relax and devote as much time as you need to your warm-ups and pieces of music during 1.5-2 hour practice sessions. In the end, this relaxed approach will lead to more focus and digestion of the content in front of you, and will have a far greater long-term impact.
