They also have meeting rooms that you can hire, which are perfect for client meetings. You can host your meetings in a professional environment, without having to move into an office full time. Coworking spaces are becoming a lot more common, so it shouldn’t affect a client’s perception of your business.

If you cannot find a suitable coworking space nearby, you should consider a hotel. Many hotels have conference rooms and small meeting rooms that you can hire out. They tend to be well located, so it makes life easier for your clients. Renting a meeting room in a hotel, as long as it’s a nice one, shows the client that you’re willing to put some effort into the business relationship that you are trying to build with them and it will make you look more professional.
People often choose coffee shops or restaurants for meetings, but this isn’t always the best idea. If you are having a casual meeting to break the ice, these locations are fine. But if you want to discuss business in more detail, a loud restaurant isn’t always the best option and you would be better off with one of the options on this list.
