Choosing back to school accessories for tweens can be difficult. My daughter is at that age where what she brings to school shouldn’t matter, but it really does. She’s pre-teen but thinks she’s 16 and is very image conscious!
We’ve teamed up with Claire’s to bring you a list of must-haves for tween girls everywhere this September!
Back to School Accessories for Tweens
The school bag

A school bag is obviously non negotiable (otherwise your hands would be very full!). Just because it’s essential, doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. This fun sparkly pink sequin bag is the perfect to transport your books in style. Did I mention those sequins are reversible? WELL THEY ARE! (Whaaaaaaat?)

Totally glorious, right? Why was there nothing like this when I was her age? My school bag was black. It wasn’t even shiny!
Mmmmm Lunch

Okay, so the pencil case isn’t related, but it does match these cute stack-able snack pots and this super trendy drinking cup. I love the neon Smiley World range! I feel link I can make fruit (and maybe even salad?) more appealing if its packaged up in these!
Look the part

Nothing make your feel more studious than donning a pair of glasses. If you don’t have a prescription, no worries, these plain lens fashion glasses are just the job! A fluffy flamingo pen is cool enough even to make geography homework exciting!

Unicorn Milkshake is the best phone case I’ve ever seen and will certainly turn a few heads!

When your tween is all studied out, a set of cute polka dot earbuds can help them relax quietly while they spend some time on their tablet. Mine likes to site back and watch the CBBC iPlayer.
Write it down

Studying suddenly got interesting. You can write up your revision notes in a burger and jot super quick notes on some mustard! I want a burger notepad for me!

If you make a mistake, you can rub it our with these cool retro roller skate rubbers.
And here’s how my tween wore it:

She really looks the part, doesn’t she?
Are you ready for the return to school?
