Light. Easy to drink on it’s own. Works well with a truffle pairing.

• 60ml Don Papa 7
• 30ml orange curaçao
• 2 dashes of Mole Bitters

Add all in mixing glass. Stir well. Strain into Nick and Nora glass. Garnish w an Orange peel expressed.

Spirit forward. Silky. On the sweeter side.

 

Let Love Rule

• 60ml Don Papa 7
• 2 strawberries
• 20ml salted caramel syrup (simple syrup made w brown sugar & smoked sea salt)
• 15ml lime juice
• 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

Muddle strawberries. Add remaining ingredients. Shake double strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish w sliced strawberry fanned over the top.

Medium bodied, and a perfect stand-alone cocktail.
