With the popularity of ‘flexitarianism’ rising, and more people than ever going meat-free, it’s no surprise that Tofu is having a moment. We’ve been a household that’s been eating tofu for years. Partly because we often try and and keep out meat consumption down, and partly because we like trying different things, then get attached to the tasty stuff.
Up until recently, I didn’t know a tofu press was a thing. We’ve been squashing our tofu between two plates, and mopping up the excess water. If you know anyone who eats tofu, they will almost certainly be impressed and amazed when you present them with a turtle tofu press.
