CARAT* LONDON is a gorgeous jewellery brand that can provide a little sparkle to every occasion! I was recently lucky enough to choose a beautiful necklace to feature on my site. It was quite a difficult decision because everything was so beautiful, but I finally settled on the Gwen necklace, which I think is perfect for my style!
The necklace arrived in beautiful packaging. I put a lot of stock in packaging as it’s the first thing you see – the first impression of a brand. I think if the packaging is good, then you already know what’s inside is going to be amazing. Good packaging is also what I look for when I give gifts I like that extra layer of luxe before the recipient gets to see what’s inside.
Jewellery itself is a failsafe gift anyway. In my eyes, you can’t go wrong with a little bit of sparkle, and that’s exactly what CARAT* LONDON brings.
CARAT* LONDON Gwen Necklace Review
I chose the Gwen necklace for its classic look. The coloured central gemstone surrounded by a halo of sparkly stones is a timeless design that never goes out of style. It can work as an accessory at a black tie event, but equally wouldn’t look out of place if it was used as a way to dress up an outfit for a meal out.
A stunning and delicate pendant, that works for all occasions! The pendant itself is on a 42cm chain, which falls at the perfect length on my chest.
CARAT* LONDON Jewellery Quality Review
As I’ve already mentioned, my pendant is excellent quality – which was given away by the packaging, before I could even see inside the box. The necklace is made of sterling silver and has a delicate sparkle the find chain.
I’m obsessed with the central yellow stone. When the light catches it just right, it lights up like an enchanted amulet.
The chain feels secure and the links seem strong. The jewel is also well made. All stones are well-set and don’t look as if they’re likely to work loose.
The verdict
What I love about my necklace from CARAT* LONDON, is that it looks incredible, and I can rest assured it has been ethically created. The gemstones aren’t mined, making them sustainable and guilt-free. The company’s ethos is that they believe all gem stones should have gentle beginnings. I believe this attitude is what as scored them their cult following – including some world-famous celebrities.
In my opinion, CARAT* LONDON jewellery is definitely worth investing in, as either a treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one.
