Searching for an Asian Snack Box? We LOVED This Morueats Snack Box

ad

I’ve been eyeing up trying an Asian snack box for a while. Our household loves to try new food that we’ve never had before, so food you can’t normally get in the UK is always quite exciting to us. When Morueats the Asian Snack Shop got in touch to see if we’d like some tasty treats to review, I HAD to say yes!

Morueats Asian Snack Box

Morueats offers a snack bundle, but we were sent some treats that were chosen especially for us so if you order the box, it’ll look a little different to my bundle.

My snack bundle contained:

  • Kimchi noodles
  • Japanese style Mochi (Matcha flavour)
  • Hello Panda biscuits (strawberry)
  • Hello Panda biscuits (caramel)
  • Strawberry milk
  • Sesame paste flavour noodles
  • Boba Mochi (coffee flavour)
  • Pineapple cake bites
  • Pocky (strawberry)
  • Yan Yan chocolate dips

I can confirm that I was totally in love with my little care package and the whole family loved tucking in – even Orlaith, which was a surprise! My 3 year old is naturally a picky eater but she was really keen on everything she tried from this selection so I’ll definitely be ordering some more treats for everyone soon!

What You Can Buy from Morueats

Morueats asian snacks

The Morueats Asian snack shop has some amazing stock. It’s full of all kinds of things I’ve never seen before as well as a few Asian faves I’ve encountered before. I’m an adventurous eater so I have sought out Asian snacks in the past.

Morueats stocks all kinds of snacks. The website layout is really helpful for picking what you fancy – it has sections for snacks, condiments, noodles and rice, drinks and even a vegan section, which is very helpful for those with dietary preferences.

Morueats Recommendations

These recommendations come with the caveat that I actually really enjoyed all the food, but some favourites did emerge.

The Yan Yan chocolate dip was incredible. I’ve had other chocolate dips before but this one was just extra delicious – it wasn’t wasn’t too sweet but it was creamy. I don’t know what made it so special, but it really was much better than others.

hello panda

The Hello Panda biscuits went down well in both flavours. They’re very more-ish and me and the kids were fighting for the last ones! I need to stock up on these in whatever flavours they do because they’re so good and it just feels like the perfect treat to grab a handful (especially since I’d trying to cut back on the treats a bit).

coffee mochi

One surprise favourite was the coffee flavoured Mochi. I don’t normally like coffee flavoured anything unless it’s actually coffee, but these are different. The coffee flavour isn’t overpowering and the texture it divine. I’ve not had anything like it before but they’re sweet and chewy and keep you wanting more.

Final thoughts

morueat snacks

The Morueat online shop is a great place to find Asian snacks you can’t get anywhere else. The best thing about it is that everything is very affordable and the prices aren’t hugely hiked up like other shops can be.

The website is easy to use and the selection is big enough to find something tasty and interesting to try.

Well worth getting some treats in from Morueats.
