What is the best thing about blogging?
I like how I’ve made friends through blogging. I also like being able to work from home.
What was your dream job when you were growing up?
I wanted to be a doctor! It turns out I’m really squeamish and a bit too empathetic though, so it’s probably for the best that my life followed a different path.
What is your lucky number?
I didn’t know people had them, so I’m going to say 6.
What is your favourite season?
Autumn. I like to wear corduroy and drink tea indoors while it rains outside and all the trees are orange.
If you had to choose one what would your favourite dish from the Chinese be?
Salt and chilli king prawns.
What is your useless talent?
I’m really good at guessing what will happen in films and books.
If you could keep any animal as a pet what would you choose?
A friendly cat.
Which one meal would you eat forever? (If you had to choose one!)
Maybe something sushi realted, don’t make me choose!
What is the last thing you check before you lock your front door?
That I’d brought my phone out.
If you won £50,000 what would be the first thing you would buy?
A bit of a house. As in I’d use it for a deposit, I wouldn’t just buy the bottom right quarter.
What is your favourite social media channel?
Instagram because I’m nosey and I like looking at pretty things.
Tell us more about your best ever holiday
I don’t go on holiday and I’ve only ever been on school trips. I lack wanderlust.
Name one cake you rock at baking
It doesn’t have a name but I make some really good guessed cupcakes. I lost my kitchen scales about 3 years ago so when we bake, it’s all guesswork and then I just add nearby sweet stuff out the cupboard, like jam and dessicated coconut.
Which session are you most looking forward to?
All of them! And the brand den!
What is your favourite book ever?
The Rules of Attraction by Bret Easton Ellis (no, it’s not a romcom as name might suggest).
Which special event is your favourite? (Halloween, Christmas etc)
Christmas. Christmas is always the best!
If the internet vanished right now how would you share your message or life story without a blog?
I’d spend more time talking loudly in public places. I do write for my local paper though, maybe they’d let me keep writing for them even without the internet.
Ha, I think I share your useless talent. My wife is always getting annoyed with me when I nod halfway through a programme and say, “Ah, I know who did it” or “I bet this is going to happen eventually”. Catch up with you on Saturday/Sunday!
