It’s not often you cool toys that have more than one mode. The Cooghi v4 Pro 4 in 1 allows you to use it in four different ways. This way it can grow with your child and provide endless entertainment.

When I first opened the box and saw it needed assembling, I’ll admit I set it aside and waited for my husband to do it for. It turns out, it’s actually very easy to put together, and I think my husband was probably wondering what I thought needed doing to get it working.

Truthfully, I didn’t take a proper look and normally wimp out of assembly so I didn’t investigate far enough to realise that most of it clips together. No tools needed!

After watching my husband assemble it and change modes with ease, I had a go too and it’s super simple.  So even if you’re not handy, you won’t have any difficulty putting it together.

Mode 1 & 2 – Stroller

This mode can be used with or without a safety guard. The guard forms a protective ring around the seat and the website says babies as young as 10 months old can use it in this mode.

Orlaith is 3 and I don’t think she needs the extra rail so we left it off. What I like about this mode is that the handle can clip on and off. So your child can be using it as a balance bike while they’re full of energy, but you can clip on the handle and push them if they get tired.

Mode 3 – Balance Bike

This mode is great for little adventurers who love to get about on their own without being pushed. All they have to do is sit on the seat and use their legs to propel themselves forward. The lights on the wheels will flash as they whizz by.

Mode 4 – Scooter

Believe it or not, scooter mode uses all the same bits as balance bike mode. The seat for the balance bike twists around to be straight and becomes the front post of the scooter. The handlebars clip into it as something for the kids to hold on to.

It’s really easy to use for tots and I can’t believe how simple it is to switch between modes. It’s a great little vehicle for toddlers and a perfect gift, in my opinion.

Buy from the Cooghi website or browse through their scooters, trikes, rollerskates and more to kit the whole family out with fun and active Christmas gifts. What will you choose?
