We’ve reached that time of year where there’s bugs and colds aplenty (not to mention a global pandemic). It makes sense that boosting my family’s immune system has been playing on my mind.
Thankfully, I think the changes we’ve made for virus control have helped keep other nasties at bay too.

Sambucol Effervescent Tablets
If gummies aren’t your thing, pop one of these effervescent tablets into a glass of water in the morning and start your day with a bounce! Again, these taste good, which I think is really important when it comes to supplements. I’ve had some very questionable tasting vitamins in the past and it really puts you off!
Sambucol Black Elderberry Liquid
A liquid might be easier for you to swallow than the other options. It’s a quick and easy way to get the supplement down. Again, I think it’s important to mention that it tastes nice.
Sambucol Powder for Baby
It’s just important to give babies vitamin supplements as it is to have them yourself or give them to bigger kids. These are suitable for babies over the age of 6 months and they come in an easy mix sachet. I’d always check with your health visitor before introducing anything into a baby’s diet. Formula fed babies don’t necessarily need any supplements because baby formula is fortified with vitamins already and it’s important not to give them too much!
Sambucol Drops for Baby
These drops come with an easy to administer dropper. As mentioned above, check with your health visitor or another healthcare professional to see if you should be giving your baby vitamins.
Sambucol for Kids
This liquid supplement is easy to get down your kids. I’m told it tastes good, which is often half the battle when you want little ones to take anything. This being a liquid form really helps to encourage your kids to take it because there are no scary pills to swallow.
