Maybe you don’t like the idea of having to work on this, but it can be fun for you all. Paint or draw, write stories, make jewellery – do a range of creative crafts that will help you to feel inspired.
Cook Together
This may not sound that fun at first, but it could be just what you need right now. It’s a great idea to be able to cook together. After all, you have meals to make anyway, so why not let them help? It can make it fun and pass some time.

From here, there’s always games. You know that it’s always fun to play a board game or play each other on game stations. So why not make sure that you have some fun family game time in place to keep you all entertained?
Plan Treasure Hunts
Finally, something that can be really fun for the kids is to do a treasure hunt. And you can change it up so that there are lots of different hunts that you can do. Yes, you could head out into the garden and do them, but you can also do indoor treasure hunts and they can be just as fun for the kids. It’s something that can add a bit of excitement to the day. This can be especially fun with Easter coming up and you can hide and hunt for eggs.
