Grains like brown rice, bulgur wheat and millet are extremely healthy, low-calorie and filling, which makes them the perfect accompaniment to bean stews, healthy tofu  and, well pretty much any healthy dish you can think of.

With kitchen cupboards this well stocked, combined with a little exercise and lots of fruits and veggies, there’s no way your weight loss efforts will fail.
