  1. And if the thought of ‘proper’ exercise puts you off – I’ve recently taken up Yoga – you wouldn’t believe how much you sweat ! Or that could be just me !? But it works out your body and your brain- feels good after a session. I hate the thought of going to a gym so I walk, bike, play footy and Yoga combined with mindfulness. You exercise to keep your body fit – mindfulness and Yoga keeps the mind fit. But like going to the gym you have to keep going to keep it fit

    1. I keep dabbling in yoga, I do enjoy it but I always just exercise once and don’t return to it. I think I need to get up early and start the day with a bit of yoga. I actually bought a mindfulness magazine the other day, I’m yet to open it but I think it might make my life a lot better!
